What this site is
Unprepared is an independent analytical platform — a companion to the book Unprepared: Australia in an Age of Chinese Power. Its scores, scenarios, and tools are a model, not an oracle: figures are drawn from public sources, classifications are AI-assisted and human-curated, and estimates are clearly flagged. See the methodology.
